Texas Legends to Honor Spud Webb - October 25, 2011

The Texas Legends will honor the incredible basketball career of Spud Webb by hanging a banner in his honor on December 21 when the Legends play the Los Angeles D-Fenders. Dallas native Spud Webb is most recognizable for his 1986 Slam Dunk title. "Spud has been a basketball inspiration for years and we couldn't be happier to make a him a real Texas Legend by hanging a Spud Webb banner," Legends co-owner Donnie Nelson commented.
